Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your Fleura pieces as much as we do. If it’s not quite right, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

RETURNS PROCESS
Submit your return by emailing summer@fleuraactive.com with your order number. A prepaid return label will be provided.

REFUNDS
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability. To secure your preferred piece, we recommend placing a new order while your return is processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
